
This picture is in my study material for becoming certificated as a Nutrition Coach. Its beneficial to add this to my list of certifications to assist clients, family and friends in multiple areas of struggle. Question: What nutrition do you fuel your body with on a daily basis? I’m consistent with the picture on the right (add the meats, seafood and complex carbohydrates). Inconsistent with the picture on the left. Nutrition is the hardest battle. Some think its the gym. The gym is where you Sculpt your body and decrease the risk of cardiovascular disease.
